Services
Trucking tax & compliance services
Everything a carrier needs doing on Form 2290, handled by the practice. Each of these is the same engagement: we prepare it, check it against the IRS schema, transmit it, and keep the result on file.
Form 2290 filing
Preparation, schema validation, transmission through IRS Modernized e-File, and the stamped Schedule 1 returned to your account.
Read moreFleet filing
Whole rosters filed together, with mid-period additions and per-vehicle weight categories handled as one engagement.
Read moreVIN corrections
A VIN typed wrong on an accepted return needs a correction filing, not an edit. Priced below a new return.
Read moreAmendments
Increases in taxable gross weight, and suspended vehicles that later exceed the mileage limit, both require an amended return.
Read moreSuspended vehicles
Vehicles expected to run 5,000 miles or less in the period, 7,500 for agricultural, reported as Category W with no tax due.
Read moreCredits
Line 5 claims for vehicles sold, destroyed, stolen, or that fell under the mileage limit after tax was paid.

The same process, whichever service you need
Five stages, and you are involved in exactly one of them.
01
Tell us about your fleet
Your EIN, the vehicles, and when each first hit the road. A spreadsheet, a photo of the titles or last year’s Schedule 1 all work.
02
We prepare your return
We build the Form 2290, compute the tax by weight category and check it against the IRS schema before anything is transmitted.
03
You review and sign
We send the return with the figures explained in plain English. You authorise it with your own 5-digit IRS PIN, because federal law requires the taxpayer’s signature.
04
We file with the IRS
Transmitted through IRS Modernized e-File under our own EFIN, not handed to a third party to send on our behalf.
05
Your records stay organised
The stamped Schedule 1, the return and the IRS acknowledgement stay in your account. When a DMV or an auditor asks, the document is already there.
Who we serve
Who these services are for
Owner-operators
One truck or a small operation, no back office, and no interest in learning a filing system once a year. We handle it and keep the paperwork.
Start filingFleets
Trucks added mid-period, suspensions to track, and credits worth claiming when a unit is sold or destroyed. One engagement covers the whole roster.
Fleet solutionsAccountants and dispatchers
Filing on behalf of carriers who would rather it came from a named person than a web form. Third-party designee details are collected up front.
