You file for other people
Most Form 2290 software assumes one taxpayer filing one return for their own trucks. If you are an accountant, a dispatcher, a compliance consultant or a dealership, that assumption is wrong on the first day and expensive by August.
The shared part
One login, a taxpayer profile per client
Each client is its own business profile with its own EIN, legal name, officer details and filing history. You switch between them rather than keeping separate logins, and last period's fleet can be pulled forward instead of retyped. There is no per-seat charge for this — it is how accounts work.
What differs between the four is why it matters, so each page below covers its own ground rather than repeating this one.
Accountants & bookkeepers
If you keep the books for even a handful of carriers, Form 2290 is a August problem that arrives every year with no warning and no margin. It is a small return with a hard deadline, a document the client cannot register a truck without, and a rejection code that means nothing to anybody who does not file them regularly.

A dispatcher is judged on trucks moving. Form 2290 is one of the small number of paperwork failures that stops one dead — no stamped Schedule 1, no plate renewal, no load — and it usually surfaces at the worst possible moment, which is when the driver is already at the counter.

If you already handle authority, UCR, IFTA and IRP for a book of carriers, Form 2290 is the obvious adjacency — and the one most consultants either sub out or absorb as unbilled work because the filing tooling was built for a carrier filing one return, not for you filing sixty.

The sale is done and the truck cannot be plated. That gap — between handing over the keys and the buyer being able to register — is the part of a heavy truck sale that generates the most avoidable friction, and it is usually one missing federal form wide.

There is no published referral programme
Filing is priced by fleet size from $6.95 for a single vehicle, and that rate card is on the pricing page, which reads from the live price list rather than repeating it. There is no commission scheme, white-label portal or partner tier to sign up for, and rather than describe one that does not exist: if you file at genuine volume and want to discuss terms, get in touch and you will get an answer from somebody who can give one.
